All of us are anticipating a great N-Scale set up this coming July in Elk City Oklahoma. Given the large interest in the N-Scale community and what looks to be an epic set-up in terms of size, number of modules, participants and investment of time and commitment to travel long distances, we want to ensure that the layout performs well for everyone’s enjoyment. To ensure a positive experience requires some pre-event planning and is the reason we are requesting you to complete the following registration. While this is detailed and will take some time, we ensure you (based on planning and participation in past large set-ups) that the more info we have, the better able we are to plan. As well, much of this information will be reusable for future events.  We thank you in advance.

Participants are Individuals who plan to run trains. Each Participant includes, his or her Spouse or significant other and all children under the age of 18.
