The name of the organization is the N-Scale Events Group, Inc. (NEG).

About NEG
The purpose of the N Scale Events Group (NEG) is to foster and promote the hobby of N Scale Model Railroading. It serves as a platform for enthusiasts to come together, organize meets, shows, and various events focused on N Scale Model Railroading. NEG welcomes all individuals who are passionate and interested in this hobby. NEG provides a space for members to connect, share their enthusiasm, and collaborate on various initiatives related to N Scale Model Railroading. NEG is a non-profit organization.
Membership in the N-Scale Events Group requires individuals to be NMRA (National Model Railroad Association) members and adhere to NEG’s Code of Ethics. This ensures that all members are committed to upholding the values and principles set forth by the group, fostering a respectful and supportive community.
NEG has a board of directors and the corporation is filed in the state of Idaho, USA. The board meets quarterly to discuss business matters, finances, and N Scale community events.
The Corporation will engage in the support, promotion and/or sponsorship of N Scale events either as primary organizer or in conjunction with, including education of, other model railroad organizations.
The logo was cleverly designed by Lee Calkins and visually represents layouts of the standards (in order): NTrak, T-Trak, and Freelance Modular N (Free-moN).
